RANDOM DRAWING FOR A MOPHIE JUICE PACK POWERSTATION
EVERY DAY FROM DECEMBER 24, 2012 THROUGH FEBRUARY 4, 2013
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
2. The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, December 24, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time and five (5) winners will be chosen at random every day through February 4, 2013. The deadline to enter the Sweepstakes is 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time on the Sunday before each Monday drawing. No entries submitted after February 4, 2013 will be eligible to win. Participants enter the sweepstakes at https://www.mophie.com/Articles.asp?ID=356.
3. The Winners will be announced daily. The winners will be announced on www.mophie.com, mophie’s Facebook and Twitter accounts. The winners will also receive an email to the address used to enter the sweepstakes. Failure to provide an e-mail address will prohibit the ability to deliver a prize and void the entry.
4. mophie will giveaway five (5) mophie juice powerstation's® everyday from December 24, 2012 through February 4, 2013. The retail value of each mophie juice pack powerstation is $79.95. Only one entry per email address will be accepted; the chance of winning depends upon the total number of entrants.
5. The winners will be randomly selected with a random number generator. There will be two hundred-fifteen (215) total winners (five winners per day for 43 days).
6. All entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age. By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree receive emails from mophie.
7. Upon notification of winning, the winner must provide a shipping address in response to the winning notification e-mail in order for mophie® to ship the prizes. Failure to provide a shipping address within thirty (30) days of notification of winning voids mophie’s obligation to provide the prize. The Prizes will be shipped solely from www.mophie.com and cannot be redeemed at retail establishments offering mophie® products for sale.
8. No Sweepstakes entrant has or will receive any special treatment or personal attention from mophie or any officer, employee, or agent of mophie. Any person that has already won a mophie related sweepstakes is not eligible to enter and win another contest for one-year after winning the previous contest.
9. This Sweepstakes is governed by the law of the State of California, specifically, Business and Professions Code Sections 17539-17539.3 and 17539.35. All entrants consent to be governed exclusively by California law and California courts solely for the purpose of this Sweepstakes.
