Juice Pack FAQ Is the juice pack air™ and juice pack™ 3G compatible with the new iPhone 3GS ? The juice pack air™ and juice pack™ 3G are fully compatible with iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS. What are the best methods for charging your juice pack? Connect the mophie juice pack to a power source using the USB cable that came with your juice pack. The USB cable can be plugged in to your PC or Mac or any “works with iPhone” wall-plug style power source with USB out. You can either charge the Juice Pack 3G with the iPhone inserted or charge them separately Can I sync my iPhone, iPod touch, iPhone 3G or iPhone 3GS while the juice pack is still connected? You can charge and sync your iPhone 3G/3GS, iPod touch and i Pod touch 2G/3G to iTunes without removing it from their respective juice packs via the included usb cable. However, the “Pass through connector” on the bottom of the Juice Pack for iPhone 1st Gen is for charging only, it is not intended to sync. How many charge cycles do you get in the juice pack? The juice pack is rechargeable for over 500 cycles. (Full cycles, partial cycles don’t count as full. So, you can charge your juice pack 10% of the way 10 times before it counts as a complete cycle.) Don’t be afraid to top it off! After 500 cycles, its fully charged capacity will be less than 75% of the capacity when it’s new. What is mophie’s return policy?
