Shipping Orders

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days of when the completed order is received and payment is processed, unless noted at the time order is placed or if you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed.  Preorders or items that are marked online as “Backorder” will ship at a future date. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed.  Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.  All purchases through are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier. 

Shipping restrictions:

  • Due to carrier restrictions, we are only able to ship to the continental United States and Canada at this time, and are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

Canadian addresses:

  • An additional 5-7 calendar days may apply


Delivery Address

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to the address or as unclaimed, and you have not already contacted us for reshipment we will refund the amount collected and you will be contacted by email to replace your order or warranty. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to mophie as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to mophie, please contact mophie to make arrangements for reshipment.


International orders

Purchases sent to addresses outside the United States may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The shipping firm that delivers the package may likewise impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. Read more on International shipments here.


Shipping Hubs

Most orders will be processed by mophie LLC, and shipped directly from our distribution center in Michigan. Orders for the following European nations ship from our distribution center in Ireland: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If stock is unavailable in our Ireland distribution center to ship to the European nations listed, orders will ship from our US distribution center.


Shipping Options

We offer shipping via a variety of carriers. These may include, dependent on your locale, UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service.  Please note that orders shipped by our expedited shipping options 2nd Day and Next Day are only delivered Monday through Friday.


Delivery Times

If your order is being shipped from mophie (not drop-shipped) to a US shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination, and the items you order. (Expected delivery dates are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.) Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. Orders with expedited shipping options will be shipped as quickly as possible with the shipping method selected at checkout, however normal processing times will still apply. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.


Standard Shipping

Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 5-7 business days after shipment.


Guaranteed Delivery Dates

Guaranteed delivery dates for items shipped in a timely manner from mophie are the responsibilities of the carrier. Please note that these dates do not include dates a package is held requiring a signature for delivery; it is the customer’s responsibility to be there or arrange to have an authorized agent sign.


Estimated Delivery Dates

If a product is labeled as being on "Backorder" or “Pre-order” status, and if an estimated date is available, we will indicate the shipping/back-in-stock date when purchasing your item.  We cannot, however, guarantee the date of arrival listed.


Delivery Notice

Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves mophie’s facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond mophie’s control, once your order leaves mophie’s facilities, mophie cannot assume liability for late deliveries.


UPS Delivery Attempts

UPS makes three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, UPS will return the package to mophie.


Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. If the order you want to cancel has already entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. To cancel an order please call 1.888.8mophie (667443) to speak to a customer service advocate.  If the order has moved into the fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled, please refer to the “How to return an item” section above.
