Issuance; Redemption.mophie.com Store Credit (“Store Credit”) is issued to an account on mophie.com (the “Account”) that is: (i) established by a registered user when purchased items have been returned and the Account owner has agreed to receive Store Credit for such returned items; or (ii) activated by a designated recipient or Account owner who has entered in and was selected as a winner of a promotion, sweepstakes or contest sponsored by mophie. Store Credit may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by mophie, LLC and its affiliates (“mophie”) on www.mophie.com. Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with the redeemer’s Account. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Account balance. Any unused Store Credit balance will remain as a Store Credit on the Account. If a purchase exceeds the value of the Store Credit or the redeemer's Account balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Store Credit Balance; Fees.To obtain the Store Credit balance on your Account, please log in to your Account or call mophie customer service at 1-888-866-7443. Please note that in most cases, the balance of your Account is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase or once an item has been returned to mophie, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time. No fees apply to Store Credit.
Limitations.Store Credit may not be redeemed for the purchase of products at or any other website owned and operated by mophie or any other person or entity, except as indicated by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Store Credit may not be purchased and cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Store Credit cannot be sold, transferred to another person, entity, or account, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
Risk of Loss.The risk of loss and title for Store Credit pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Store Credit to the purchaser or designated recipient’s Account, whichever is applicable. mophie is not responsible if any Store Credit is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
Fraud.mophie will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Store Credit is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on mophie.com.
Limitation of Liability.MOPHIE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO STORE CREDIT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A VALID STORE CREDIT IS NON-FUNCTIONAL OR NOT REDEEMABLE, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND MOPHIE’S SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH STORE CREDIT. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
General Terms; Acceptance of Terms and Conditions.When you receive or redeem a Store Credit, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our discretion. All Terms and Conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. Your use of the Store Credit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Expiration.Store Credit does not expire.
