Q. What’s covered under the warranty?
A. We promise that your product will be defect-free in materials and workmanship. No warranty,
expressed or implied, is made regarding any product's merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose.

Q. Warranty Terms.
A. Cases: Lifetime Batteries: 1 year limited.

Q. What’s NOT covered under the warranty?
A. The warranty will not cover product failure because you broke it (any defect or malfunction
that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with
improper or faulty equipment). It doesn’t cover incidental damages. Also, the warranty isn’t any
good after you open any product that isn’t intended to be opened – please don’t try and fix
anything yourself. mStation does not warranty or provide service or support for any of the third
party products, including, but not limited to iPods.

Q. What are you going to do to fix it?
A. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material
or workmanship. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may
replace your product with a similar or better product at our option.

Q. How do I get this the warranty-ball rolling?
A. To get your warrantee product covered you’ll need to call us at 888-8mophie if you’re in the
States or email us at techsupport@mophie.com. If you email us, please include the following:

1. Name

2. Address

3. Email Address

4. Telephone Number

5. Proof of Purchase

6. Complete description of the problem you are experiencing

If the problem appears to be related to a defect in material or workmanship, we will provide you
a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your product. During the first
30 days after purchase, mStation will be responsible for reasonable shipping costs associated
with the authorized return of damaged or defective product. However, beyond the 30 day period,
return shipments shall be at the customer's expense. We also suggest that you insure the package
as its safe arrival to us is your responsibility.
