Pricingmophie endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current mophie products. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax, handling and shipping charges. mophie reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on mophie.com at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the website.
Coupon codesThough mophie will sometimes offer various coupon codes, they can expire at any time. Coupon codes are void for gift cards, specially priced/discounted products already available on the website (marked in red), and new product releases, due to the limited supply and high demand.
Pre-orders & backordersThe mophie webstore will sometimes include items that are labeled as a "pre-order" or "backorder" item. If you purchase this item(s), your credit card will be charged Immediately. Payments are processed at time of checkout for all orders. In-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days, or as indicated on the product page above the “Add to Cart” button. "Pre-order" or "backorder" items will ship upon availability, however, these dates are subject to change at any time.
Proof of Purchase
mophie will send you a confirmation of your order via email, if you have included an email address with your order.
Payment Methodsmophie.com accepts most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. (Please note that Discover cards may not be accepted in some delivery locations or fulfillment centers.) We do not accept payments by PayPal at this time. Some orders may be processed and fulfilled by mophie Netherlands Coöperatie U.A. depending on stock availability and shipping method selected.
Sales TaxIn addition to the price of your purchases, mophie will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If you phone in your order, the mophie Online Store sales representative will provide an estimated dollar total of your order, including tax and any applicable shipping charges, at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply.
If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call mophie at 1.888.8mophie (667443). Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. A representative will advise you on how to fax/email your tax-exempt certificate to us so we may process a refund of the tax. This refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. mophie does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.
Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. If the order you want to cancel has already entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. To cancel an order please call 1.888.8mophie (667443) to speak to a customer service advocate. If the order has moved into the fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled, please refer to the “How to return an item” section above.
