No, this juice pack air™ is only compatible with the 2nd Generation iPod touch.

What separates the juice pack air™ from the rest of the juice pack™ family?
Aside from providing full protection, a newly integrated power switch allows you to put the
juice pack air™ in standby mode to conserve juice. Only use the battery when you need it.
What are the benefits of switching the juice pack air™ to stand-by mode?
Using the stand-by switch will give you even more total battery life, as the iPod touch uses
additional power to be on a constant charge.
What are the best methods for charging your juice pack air™ for iPod touch 2G?
Connect the mophie juice pack air™ to a power source using the USB cable that came
with your juice pack™. The USB cable can be plugged in to your computer or any
“Made for iPod" wall-plug style power source with USB out. You can either charge
the juice pack™ with the iPod touch 2G inserted or charge them separately.
Can I sync my iPod touch 2G while the juice pack air™ is still connected?
You can charge and sync your iPod touch to iTunes without removing it
from its juice pack air™ via the included usb cable. Awesome right?
How many charge cycles do you get in the juice pack air™?
The juice pack™ is rechargeable for over 500 cycles. (Full cycles, partial cycles don’t count as full.
So, you can charge your juice pack 10% of the way 10 times before it counts as a complete cycle.)
Don’t be afraid to top it off! After 500 cycles, its fully charged capacity will be less than 75%
of the the capacity when it’s new.
