Orders will be shipped within one business day of when the completed order is received and payment is processed, unless noted at the time order is placed or receive an email notice, that an item is on delayed shipping status. Preorders or items that are marketed online as backordered will ship at a future date.
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. An additional fee may apply if an address change is made while the package is en route, and not all carriers allow such address changes. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to mophie as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to mophie, please contact mophie to make arrangements for reshipment.
Purchases sent to addresses outside the United States may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The shipping firm that delivers the package may likewise impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process.
Most mophie.com orders ship from our distribution center in Michigan, United States. Orders for the following European nations ship from the Netherlands, when stock is available in our European warehouse: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit. You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by adding product to you shopping cart and including basic shipment information, which includes your nation and postal code.

If your order is being shipped from mophie (not drop-shipped) to a US shipping address, you will get an expected delivery date for each shipping option during checkout. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination, and the items you order. (Expected delivery dates are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.) Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. Order cutoff times for expedited shipping options (which include UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and USPS Express Mail) are: Monday-Thursday: 12:30pm ET; Friday: 10:30am ET.
Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within six business days after shipment.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Guaranteed delivery dates for items shipped in a timely manner from mophie are the responsibility of the carrier. Please note that these dates do not include dates a package is held requiring a signature for delivery; it is the customers responsibility to be there or arrange to have an authorized agent sign.
Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves mophies facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond mophies control once your order leaves mophies facilities, mophie cannot assume liability for late deliveries.
A signats shipments contain valuable products. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone who can act as your agent will be available to sign for your package. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that for deliveries that require a signature, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize mophie to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address.
