Shipping OrdersOrders will ship within 1-2 business days of when the completed order is received and payment is processed, unless noted at the time order is placed or if you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Preorders or items that are marked online as “Backorder” will ship at a future date. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Delivery AddressA complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to mophie as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to mophie, please contact mophie at +44 (0)80 8134 9931, via our online form at eu.mophie.com/cs or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for reshipment.
Non-EU ordersPurchases sent to addresses outside of the 28 European Union nations may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The shipping firm that delivers the package may likewise impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process.
Most mophie.com orders will be processed by mophie Netherlands Coöperatie U.A., and shipped directly from our distribution center in The Netherlands. Orders for the following European nations ship from our distribution center in The Netherlands: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Vatican City. (“Domestic Delivery Destinations”). If stock is unavailable in our Netherlands distribution center to ship to the European nations listed, orders will ship from our US distribution center.
Shipping fees are based on our Flat Rate Fixed shipping fee of £7.99 per order.
In the unlikely occurrence that your product is shipped from the US for delivery to one of the Domestic Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
Standard ShippingProducts are shipped via UPS standard service and are normally delivered within 2-3 business days after shipment.
Guaranteed Delivery DatesGuaranteed delivery dates for items shipped in a timely manner from mophie are the responsibilities of the carrier. Please note that these dates do not include dates a package is held requiring a signature for delivery; it is the customer’s responsibility to be there or arrange to have an authorised agent sign.
Estimated Delivery Dates
If a product is labeled as being on "Backorder" or “Pre-order” status, and if an estimated date is available, we will indicate the shipping/back-in-stock date when purchasing your item. We cannot, however, guarantee the date of arrival listed.
Delivery NoticeRemember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves mophie’s facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond mophie’s control, once your order leaves mophie’s facilities, mophie cannot assume liability for late deliveries.
UPS Delivery AttemptsUPS makes three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, UPS will return the package to mophie.
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfilment process. If the order you want to cancel has already entered the fulfilment process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. If the order has moved into the fulfilment process and cannot be cancelled, please complete our order Cancellation Form.
