If the problem appears to be related to a defect in material or workmanship, we will provide you a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your product. During the first 30 days after purchase, mStation will be responsible for reasonable shipping costs associated with the authorized return of damaged or defective product. However, beyond the 30-day period, return shipments shall be at the customer’s expense. We also suggest that you insure the package, as its safe arrival to us is your responsibility.
