How do I charge a mophie juice pack?
Plug a USB-C cable into the charging port on the case. Your phone and the juice pack both power up from the same cable, so one outlet handles the whole setup.
How do I use a mophie juice pack to charge my phone?
Press the button on the back of the case. The juice pack starts feeding power to your phone right away and stops automatically once the phone hits 100%.
Should I leave my mophie juice pack on all the time?
Leave the case on for protection. Only activate the charge transfer when you actually need it. That way your juice pack holds its full charge for the moment you need it, instead of slowly draining into a phone that's already topped up.
How do I check the battery level on a mophie juice pack?
Tap the status button on the back of the case. The LED indicators light up to show how much charge is left, with each light representing roughly a quarter of the battery.
How many times can a mophie juice pack charge my phone?
A full juice pack typically gives your phone a complete extra charge, basically doubling your day. Exact mileage depends on your phone model and what you're using it for.
