Power On at Red Bull Hardline Tasmania 2025

mophie was proud to be an official event partner of Red Bull Hardline Tasmania 2025, held in February at the legendary Maydena Bike Park down under. Known as one of the toughest downhill mountain biking events on the planet, Hardline pushed riders to their limits on a new, extended course — and mophie was there to keep both athletes and fans powered up all weekend long.

Keeping the Energy Flowing

At the event, mophie provided co-branded portable power banks to every rider, making sure no one ran out of charge on or off the course. Fans were able to purchase their own limited-edition devices, while mophie recharge stations in athlete zones and VIP areas ensured everyone could stay connected and share every moment.

A New Kind of Speed

This year also saw the debut of the mophie Fastest Charger Award — a broadcast highlight that celebrated raw speed and fearless riding. The inaugural honor went to the UK’s Bernard Kerr, who flew over the iconic creek gap faster than anyone else.

The racing also delivered unforgettable stories, proving why Hardline is one of the sport’s most iconic tests:

• Jackson Goldstone’s Redemption: Just one year after a knee injury at Hardline, Goldstone returned stronger than ever to claim the men’s title in a nail-biting finish.
• Young Gun Asa Vermette: At only 18, Vermette became both the youngest competitor and youngest podium finisher in Hardline history, taking an impressive second place.
• Gracey Hemstreet Dominates: Hemstreet continued her winning form, storming the women’s race with a commanding performance.
• Course Evolution: The 2025 track was tougher than ever — featuring an 80-foot gap jump, a 10m+ vertical drop, and a brand-new Supercross section with multiple line choices.
• First-Ever Backflip: Matt Jones made Hardline history by landing the first backflip on the Tasmanian course.
• Other Highlights: Local hero Troy Brosnan rounded out the men’s podium in third, while defending champ Ronan Dunne was sidelined after a crash in seeding. Rising talent Vali Höll also joined the field, signaling a bright Hardline future.
